Home Insights News room Acora signs three significant new contracts following heavy investment in its IT service desk
Acora is a UK based, award-winning IT services and technology company with over 25 years’ experience. We provide a range of IT support and Microsoft-centric business software and cloud solutions to help mid-market organisations modernise their IT so they can compete and win in the digital economy. More than 200 clients trust us to take responsibility for part, or all of their IT from solution design to support.
Acora is delighted to announce the recent signing of 3 significant new clients, with multiyear service agreements totalling well over 12M of contractual services and an average of over 4 years per contract.
All three businesses are in the financial and professional services sector and come on the back of a period of major investment in Acora’s 24/7 IT service desk, which has seen staff levels increase by 50% in the past six months.
Commenting on this success, Sales Director James Karp says, “We are focusing on the needs of the dynamic mid-market, so these latest wins demonstrate that the offerings we have built and are developing are becoming increasingly relevant to our target market.”
Over the coming weeks Acora’s service management teams will be preparing to transition these customers’ services across. Once completed, this will add an additional 3000+ users across a further 12 sites, including Europe, Asia and North America, all supported from Acora’s 2 UK based 24/7 service centres.
