With over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, my role includes managing teams to ensure we provide best-in-class service, enhancing customer experience, and collaborating with senior managers on company strategy and performance.
Fun Fact: As a child, I met Benny from Crossroads and he gave me a Meccano set (several clues to how old I am here!). 👍

For more than two decades, I have built a wealth of knowledge and experience across our engineering teams. I apply these skills and my deeply rooted passion for tech to ensure that Acora One delivers technical excellence across its operations. Also, to ensure that the services we offer our customers provide cost-effective solutions to the specific challenges that small and medium businesses face.
Fun Fact: I blame my career in tech on having LEGO from a very young age, with every free hour spent converting my imagination into reality and problem-solving. 🧱
Management Accountant
Over the last 10 years, my role at Acora One has morphed and changed as the business has grown. Today, it very much revolves around the creation and analysis of data. Creating and shaping the tools to ensure as a business, that we are performing at our very best. Be it capacity or financials, I will have a spreadsheet for it.
Fun Fact: Doing the maths, since I began training in the gym, I have spent over a year of my life there! Dedication or madness, I’ll let you decide. 💪
Business Development Manager
I help an array of businesses get the best service possible that suits their requirements, enabling them to grow without the headache of managing their IT systems. I have also worked in a variety of other industries such as telecommunications, business loans, and insurance.
Fun Fact: I once got into a fight with a swan when I was 2! 🦢
Team Leader
My role is about aligning our customers with the technology and service they need to take them to the next level. There is nothing more rewarding than solving customer problems or exceeding expectations. Alongside the other account managers at Acora One, I provide a consultative analysis of a customer’s requirements and provide tailored solutions to help them reach their goals.

As a Solutions Consultant, I specialise in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. I love getting to know my customers and their businesses—it’s the best part of the job! Fun Fact: I’m a specialty coffee enthusiast with six years of experience roasting beans. I’m passionate about ethically sourced beans, especially from female growers, and I love advocating for women in coffee—and in tech! ☕
I have a vast amount of experience and a strong track record in sales, customer service, and account management spanning over 20 + years. I’m here to help my clients get the best out of their business IT. My role involves managing relationships with clients and ensuring their IT needs are met, acting as the primary point of contact for the clients I look after. I have extensive experience working with companies of all different sizes in many different sectors with a specific focus on Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Networks, and Storage. I am passionate about providing customer experience excellence and using technology for the inclusion and benefit of all in a socially responsible and sustainable way.

I oversee and manage the IT needs and strategies of small and medium-sized companies. I assist my customers in forecasting to plan their IT budgets, developing and implementing new IT technologies within their business, and evaluating their IT strategy to ensure they stay ahead of their competition. I build strong relationships with my customers and work closely with them to understand their challenges and objectives to help develop long-standing partnerships.

Support Delivery Manager
I spearhead Customer Service Delivery, ensuring the Support team provides clear, helpful, and friendly service to guarantee a positive customer experience. I champion a customer-first culture, trying to always use non-technical jargon. My role sees me collaborate closely with various internal departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Fun Fact: I worked for Chelsea Football Club for 16 years in a variety of customer service roles, despite being a Manchester United Fan. ⚽
Support Operations Manager
I previously spent 16 years in mobile telecoms within the retail industry and held various management positions during this time. I have a wealth of customer experience from the delivery of solutions to end-user support, and I’ve always had a passion for technology. I decided to pursue my aspirations to find a role in IT, and after several years in technical support roles, I now look after the daily operations of the Support Department.
Fun Fact: I didn’t discover Dungeons and Dragons until I was almost 40, and now I apparently have “too many” dice. 🎲
Support Team Leader
As a Team Leader, I ‘support’ the team that supports you! I rally the team to be the best they can be, assisting them with their most difficult cases. A large aspect of my role is to guide the team on a day-to-day basis, from case structuring and note-taking to leading on the responsibility of business-affecting situations and ensuring our client’s satisfaction.
Fun Fact: I live and breathe tech—I can’t get enough of it! In my own time, I build and manage my home lab. ⚙️
My role as a team support team leader is to manage my team, support them technically, and be a central point for communication. Alongside this, I manage the day-to-day IT issues of my team’s clients and communicate with key contacts for escalations. I bring my multiple years of technical experience and the experience of working my way up through the support team to help drive and manage others around me to bring the best outcomes for my team’s clients every day.
Fun Fact: I am a big NBA fan and spend many hours of my free time watching Oklahoma City play. 🏀
In my current role, I leverage my experience both in leadership and customer service to ensure SLAs are met whilst ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. Day-to-day I ensure the smooth running of my team coaching and guiding them to be the best they can be for our customers.

3rd Line Support Engineer
As a 3rd line engineer, I provide essential support and guidance to our support desk and adjacent departments, helping them navigate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner for our clients. My role also includes taking on the tough cases and providing critical-level support for those times when disaster strikes, helping get businesses back up and running as quickly as possible.
Fun Fact: When I’m not taking on these challenges, I enjoy relaxing with some PC games and tinkering with my home automation system. 🏠
2nd Line Support Engineer
As an Engineer working remotely and based in Hungary, I troubleshoot complex technical issues escalated by first-line support, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions. I provide in-depth technical expertise and guidance to resolve system errors and help maintain optimal system functionality and end-user satisfaction.
Fun Fact: Not only can I navigate complex support issues with ease, but outside the office, I am also a judo 2nd-degree black belt, an avid boxer, and a hiking enthusiast. 🥊
2nd Line Support Technician
I have several responsibilities within the team. I am an escalation point for my first-line colleagues and help our team leader with team and case management. I regularly share my expertise with my team and department, empowering other support members to complete tasks they were previously unable to. I excel at conveying technological terms and procedures into easy-to-read and understandable formats for all users.
Fun Fact: I spend most of my free time with my growing family and when able, enjoy taking part in various board games and am always looking for a new game to try and take part in. 🎱
In October 2020, I joined us as a 1st line technician, bringing with me three years of valuable IT experience from the education sector. I have since advanced to a 2nd line role and have my sights set on conquering the CompTIA Network+ exam soon.
Fun Fact: I am typically teeing off on the golf course, casting lines for a day of fishing, unwinding with friends at the local pub, or shouting at the television during an Arsenal match. ⛳
I troubleshoot complex issues that require further investigation to action or resolve. As part of my role, I communicate with our customers to provide them with timely and informative updates on cases. I am also a point of escalation within the team and look to offer guidance and support to my colleagues whenever they have any queries.
Fun Fact: I am a big enthusiast of sports and in particular football, whether this be watching or playing. I also enjoy playing card and board games in my spare time. ⚽
I troubleshoot complicated issues that require deeper investigation to resolve. As part of my role, I communicate with customers to provide them with timely and informative updates on tickets, while also being a point of escalation within the team and looking to offer guidance and support to my colleagues whenever they have any queries.
Fun Fact: My favourite activities include snowboarding, motor-biking, BBQs, and scuba diving – just not at the same time..! 🤿
I troubleshoot complex IT issues that require in-depth investigation to resolve. As part of my role, I also frequently attend customer sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues in person. My favourite part of the role is being a point of escalation within the team, offering guidance and support to colleagues when necessary.
Fun Fact: Outside of work I enjoy vehicle mechanics, repairing and modifying old Japanese cars with my friends. 🚗
1st Line Support Technician
As a 1st Line Support Technician, I act as the first point of contact for end users experiencing technical issues, providing speedy and effective frontline technical support for basic IT problems.
Fun Fact: I love nothing more than a peaceful night in gaming with great food and banging tunes, alongside my loving Cavapoo! 🎮
I am often the first point of contact for our customers. From the initial conversation, I strive to handle each case with utmost efficiency and professionalism. With a strong background in customer service across retail and telephony, I ensure every interaction is focused on the customers experience being positive, productive, and delivered with a smile!
Fun Fact: I enjoy exploring National Trust sites and the scenic Broads in Norfolk with my wife and two children. Each outing is an opportunity to create lasting memories and enjoy quality family time. 🦆
I provide technical assistance to end users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. With strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset, I am dedicated to ensuring that users experience minimal downtime and that they can make the most of their devices.

I am one of your first point of contact when it comes to your IT Faults and Requests! I’m always ready to greet you and give you solutions whilst keeping the call positive and happy as much as I can.

IT Apprentice
I arrive at the office each day eager to learn something interesting and build upon my growing skillset. A large aspect of my role is supporting my team’s customers, learning from those around me and putting that learning into action!
Fun Fact: I love travelling abroad and visiting waterparks, always looking at new places to explore, ticking one place off at a time! 🌊
My role involves learning and applying industry best practices, offering excellent customer service, and continuously expanding my technical knowledge to support the needs of the organisation. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, I am developing essential skills in diagnosing and resolving IT-related challenges efficiently and effectively.
Fun Fact: I enjoy playing card games at a competitive level and compete in tournaments across Europe in Magic the Gathering and Poker. ♠️
Installations Project Specialist
I make IT projects smooth, stress-free, and successful for our customers. I ensure every solution is delivered with precision—whether on-site or remotely. Keeping customers informed every step of the way, I focus on making technology work effortlessly for their business. Beyond project delivery, I review and sign off Project Plans & Work Reviews, mentor my team of Installations Engineers, and step in as a technical escalation point when needed.
Fun Fact: I’m a passionate motorsport fan and have the cool claim to fame of living on the same street Ayrton Senna once did! When I’m not working, I run a sim-racing community, combining my love for racing with tech. 🏁
Delivery Coordinator
As Delivery Coordinator, my job is to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. I communicate with our clients and schedule our engineers’ diaries to optimise logistics. I work closely with the engineering team and other departments to ensure seamless project execution across the business.
Fun Fact: I love going to the gym, it’s my favourite way to stay active and energised! 💪
Installations Engineer
Together with the rest of the team, I work closely with customers to plan, present, and deploy the next step in their IT journey, no matter how big or small that is. From computers to connectivity to cloud services and more, my goal is to ensure whatever you need is implemented to your requirements.
Fun Fact: My lifelong dream is to be a fluent polyglot, but with my 1000+ day Duolingo streak in Korean, I’m working on it! 🗣️
With 5 years experience in IT, I implement various solutions to help businesses modernise their IT & infrastructure. My personal area of expertise and passion is with Cloud technologies (specifically Microsoft Azure).
Fun Fact: I’ve been an avid snowboarder since the age of 12! 🏂
Cyber Security Lead
My role includes delivering our managed security and consultancy services and supporting the team of analysts. With a passion for cyber security, I contribute to the creation and enhancement of the department’s offerings for clients.

Cyber Security Analyst
As a Cyber Security Analyst, I am involved in all areas of our customers’ Cyber Security Posture, both reactively and proactively, my day-to-day involves everything Cyber related, from estate hardening, compliance, monitoring, and incident response with a majority focus on vulnerability remediation and improvement. My job is to ensure our customer’s IT estate has improved every quarter, as well as respond to the day-to-day threats organisations face, by bringing customers at a minimum level to the Cyber Essentials security standard.
Fun Fact: Outside of work I do Martial Arts like Muay Thai and MMA as well as enjoy bouldering! 👊
I work to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities for a wide variety of clients, ensuring robust endpoint protection. Additionally, I manage longer projects, such as those that implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) for clients using Microsoft 365 and SAML authentication.
Fun Fact: For reasons even I can’t fully explain, I’m a huge fan of Neil Breen films!! Yes, I know they’re a unique taste! I also enjoy vinyl collecting and computer games, particularly Witcher 3. 🎞️
Senior Developer
Developer
I am a full-stack .NET Developer who started my career as an apprentice. My main role is supporting/developing websites and bespoke applications for a variety of businesses. I also play a part in the upgrading and maintenance of internal software applications. I also have experience in building Power Platform applications within M365.
Fun Fact: I love Metal music, I’m an avid reader and I play too many video games. 📚
Cloud Developer
Working as a Full stack developer associated with .NET development, I work with Acora One and Acora to provide support for internal applications and customer work while providing feedback for potential improvement. Starting out as an Apprentice, I’ve climbed the ladder of development and gravitated towards Front end development discovering passion for building/designing Websites and Power Apps.
Fun Fact: I have a degree BA (Hons) in Games Art and Design after training for 3 years at the Norwich University of the Arts. I’m not only good at games, but I also know how they are made! 🎮
Data Centre Operations Manager
I manage the delivery and operations of the Acora Data Centres both in Norwich and further afield. Working with the wider team to ensure high resiliency and strategy across the business, ensuring our customers have access to the latest technologies for both hybrid and private cloud services. Having been with the company for over a decade I have been lucky to have seen the company grow.
Fun Fact: I hold a National Rally license and have competed over the past few years in many events across the UK. 🚗
Infrastructure Engineer
Starting as a support apprentice, I have progressed through different roles & engineering departments and have now landed within the Internal IT & Datacentre teams. My work within these teams helps to keep the group’s internal IT up and running, as well as keeping our data centers running smoothly ensuring 100% uptime for our internal and customer-hosted services.
Fun Fact: Most of my time outside of work is spent tinkering, repairing, and modifying, both cars and motorbikes.🏍️
Purchasing Manager
Assistant Management Accountant
I look after the finances for the Professional Services side of the business. Managing the finances for PS projects, I oversee the invoicing for both Acora and Acora One, as well recognising revenue. My role also includes a lot of data analysis, looking at the P&Ls for the business, and reporting this to the budget holders.
Fun Fact: I am a semi-professional singer, lifelong Tottenham Hotspur fan (sufferer), and massive Swiftie! 🎤
Marketing Manager
In my role, I lead, manage, and execute marketing activities to deliver high-quality engagement and other associated business deliverables. I work across the business to drive innovative campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and foster customer association. I am pivotal in shaping our marketing strategies and ensuring our message resonates with our focus target audience, small to medium-sized businesses.
Fun Fact: As an avid reader, I have a particular passion for Greek and Roman literature. Delving into these ancient texts not only transports me to worlds filled with gods, heroes, and epic tales, but also enriches my understanding of modern storytelling. 📖
Operations Manager
I work on a variety of projects to streamline processes and improve efficiency across departments. A key focus is to support each team to achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of the business, while keeping everyone informed with clear, up-to-date information. I also collaborate closely with other managers to continuously improve how we work and drive positive change throughout the business.
Fun Fact: One of my favourite ways to unwind is by hitting the road in my motorhome with my partner and our Chihuahua, Kevin. It’s the perfect way to explore new places and enjoy the freedom of the open road! 🐶
Group Compliance Manager
Working in Compliance is quite a unique role as it allows me to see and work with all parts of the Acora business. Most people think that the role is just about checking to make sure we do things in a certain way but the job is varied. Most of the time I’m helping teams to implement their best practices effectively and driving various internal projects. Having so much access to so many different people means I can be a competent connector.
Fun Fact: I was born and spent my early years in Germany and then moved to the UK. The two cultural upbringings are always at odds with each other! My happiest place is the mountains, and I try to spend as much time as I can in them with snowsports. ❄️
Talent Acquisition Lead
In the words of my children, I help people get jobs, which essentially is correct but there is a lot more to it than that. As Talent Acquisition Lead my role is to advise and guide the business on things such as recruitment strategy & best practice, while engaging with stakeholders to identify the best available talent to join the business on both a permanent & contract basis. I do this for the Acora Group throughout the UK and internationally within our overseas offices.
Fun Fact: In my younger days, I stupidly turned down a place at the famous Sylvia Young Theatre School! 🎭
